This class will teach about handgun terminology, operation, safety, cleaning, storage and make you aware of the legal liabilities of carrying a handgun in the state of TN.  Not only will you be instructed on carrying a handgun, but you will also learn about loading, unloading, shooting fundamentals, ammo malfunctions and more.  Taking this course will satisfy one of the requirements to obtain a Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit.  You will also be required to pass both the written test and the range test with scores of 70% or higher before obtaining your permit.
